HOA Board

The rigor and pace of the work performed by the CityView board since it took over from the developer in February 2020 has been enormous.  The impact and restrictions imposed by COVID-19 made its work even more challenging.  Despite that, the new board successfully conducted two very extensive searches that resulted in the selection of a well-respected professional management company and the hire of an exceptionally qualified maintenance manager. 

Currently, the board is finalizing the official transfer of management responsibilities from the developer to Realty Resource Systems and clarifying existing rules and regulations in order to preserve and improve our quality of life at CityView.  During this process, safety, security, comfort, and financial stability will provide our guiding light.
