Bulletin boards are provided in the lobbies at P-1 & P-2 adjacent to the elevators to allow residents to post material of interest to our residents. The following rules pertain to the posting of material on these bulletin boards:

The presented material must be appropriate for family viewing.
The unit number of the resident presenting the information must appear on the material.
The date the information was posted must also appear on the material.
Care should be taken to rearrange posted material to keep it neatly organized.
Posted material not properly identified by unit number may be removed.

Acrylic sign holders are provided in the elevators to allow the Association and approved neighborhood groups to post material of interest to our residents. The following rules pertain to the posting of material in these sign holders:

The presented material must be appropriate for family viewing.
The unit number of the resident presenting the information must appear on the material.
The date the information was posted must also appear on the material.
Posted material not properly identified by unit number may be removed.

Other official signs & notices are posted at various locations throughout the building to remind residents of matters related to safety and security.

Fines will be issued for tampering with or removing signs and notices.

These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
