ROSTER

Maintaining an up to date roster of unit owners, occupants, and pet residents is very important for several reasons related to safety and security. 

  1. Hence, each unit owner shall be responsible for immediately notifying the Association of any sale, transfer, or lease of their unit and shall provide the Association with the name, mailing address, phone number, and email address of each purchaser or resident. 
  2. Each owner shall also be responsible to provide updated information whenever:
  • A change occurs in the status of the occupants
  • A change occurs in the status of the pet residents
  • A request is made for new or replacement key FOBs
  • A survey is requested by the CityView Safety Response Team
  1. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
