POOL

The CityView swimming pool is a recreational amenity funded through Association fees paid by the owners.  Though it is provided for the exclusive use of residents and their guests, it is considered a "public" pool subject to health department regulations and monthly inspection by the Knox County Health Department (KCHD).  Failure to comply with KCHD regulations at any time may result in pool closure. This is especially true for user-generated water pollution (e.g. broken glass, human waste).

Pool rules & regulations are intended to promote safety & enjoyment of the pool for everyone.
