19 Club Room

CLUB ROOM

The CityView club room offers wonderful shared space to read, watch TV, play pool, play cards, or just sit and chat with other residents. It also provides a great space for committee meetings and larger social events. Generally accessible 24/7, the Club Room may also be reserved for private parties.  

Use of the club room is conditional upon the following rules: 

  1. The club room shall be open during such hours of the day as the board may determine; provided however, that the club room may be closed for private parties and at such other times as may be decided by the board.
  2. All persons using the club room do so at their own risk. The Association is not responsible for any accident or injury in connection with the use of the club room or for any loss or damage to personal property.
  3. Persons using the club room agree not to hold the Association liable for any actions of whatever nature occurring at or in connection with such use.
  4. No person under the age of sixteen (16) shall be permitted to use the club room unless accompanied by an adult resident. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. 
  5. Groups with more than five (5) non-residents may not use the club room without the advance consent of the management company.
  6. The number of persons using the club room at any one time may not exceed 80 persons.
  7. Unit owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times and for the careful observance of all safety and sanitation precautions. 
  8. No boisterous or rough play shall be permitted in the club room.
  9. All persons are expected to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the club room.
  10. The club room may be used from time to time by the Association to hold meetings and other special functions.
  11. Unit owners may reserve the club room for private functions by submitting a Club Room Reservation Request Form to the management company, agreeing to comply with all rules and regulations.
  12. Reservations will be granted on a first-come first-serve basis.
  13. A security deposit of $350 will be required to cover potential cleaning fees, damages or losses that the Association may incur as a result of such use.
  14. If no cleaning fees, damages, or losses are assessed upon inspection, the security deposit will be returned to the owner/resident within 14 days.
  15. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
